Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

Job Purpose

Responsible for the technical setup of Salesforce in the projects for system implementation. Prepares the projects’ technical documentation, provides administrative support, training for the end users, etc.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis & design meetings with the customer.

• Analyses customer business processes and translates business requirements into technical requirements.

• Performs expert functions for the technical setup of Salesforce during the implementation projects.

• Supports the System Architect with knowledge and experience during the phases of information collection, implementation and deployment.

• Performs all administrative tasks, related to the setup of Salesforce, required for the successful technical implementation of the project.

• Prepares all technical documents, which are part of the project implementation. Such documents may include information for: 1) Discussed business requirements; 2) Technical steps for successful system setup on the basis of those requirements; 3) Documentation, describing the functionality of the final system; 4) User Manuals, containing the main steps, which the end users need to perform in the system in order to perform their daily tasks.

• Tests all implemented Salesforce functions and guarantees that they operate flawlessly;

• Trains and supports the end users when using the functions of Salesforce.

• Ensures high quality of the technical settings and project documentation.

• Ensures high client satisfaction.

• Proposes new and innovative processes and practices, which may be implemented to improve the effectiveness and efficacy of the teams and the company.

• Ensures timely submission of timesheets as per the established procedure.

• Observes the labor discipline and the Internal Labor Regulations.

• Observes the requirements of the implemented management system on the basis of the international standards ISO and other internal rules & procedures in the company.

• Is aware of and strictly observes the Regulations for Health and Safety at work.

• Performs all additional tasks, requested by the management, which have occurred in the work process and impact the company’s activity, in line with his/her education and qualifications.


Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Higher Education – a degree in the areas of Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, Management, etc.;

• Salesforce Administrator Certificate in combination with at least one more Salesforce Certificate;

• Excellent knowledge of English – written and spoken;

• Excellent Computer Literacy – MS Office (MS Word, Excel).
