Job Summary

Role Overview:


We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for CRM and business process optimization to lead and coordinate Salesforce implementation and delivery projects. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, aligning business needs with Salesforce capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define      project requirements and objectives

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely      delivery and adherence to quality standards

  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of Salesforce      solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products

  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring efficient      resource allocation

  • Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment      between business goals and Salesforce execution

  • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and adjust      strategies as needed

  • Ensure CRM data governance, compliance, and Salesforce best      practices are followed

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project management within the IT or      CRM/Salesforce ecosystem

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities,      configuration, and deployment processes

  • Experience working with Salesforce products, third-party      integrations, or AppExchange solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified      Administrator, PMP, or equivalent)
